Yes. Every opportunity currently presented by HIF is an unpaid volunteer position unless an authorised administrator explicitly changes the classification in future. Role pages must describe any approved expenses separately.
No. HIF needs research, design, data, technology, finance, governance, fundraising, communication and operational expertise as well as healthcare skills.
Some remote or country-specific opportunities may accept international applicants. Each role page should state location, working arrangements and any legal or registration requirements.
Only when relevant to the role and at the appropriate stage. HIF should not request identity documents, police checks or sensitive credentials earlier than necessary.
You may use tools to improve structure or accessibility, but your examples must remain truthful and your own. HIF assesses the evidence, not how polished the prose sounds.
Your dashboard uses plain-language statuses such as application received, being reviewed, interview invited and outcome being finalised.
Feedback availability depends on the role and recruitment volume. Senior, practical-assessment and interview processes should provide at least a concise evidence-based explanation where feasible.
Review the published criteria, role boundaries and one or two relevant examples.
Ask for a question to be repeated or clarified. Take a moment to think. Tell us what support you need.
You will receive confirmation, the next expected update date and a contact for questions.
Do not email identity documents, police checks, medical information or other sensitive material unless an authorised HIF contact has explained the secure process.
